DESCRIPTION: Mornington is a vibrant sea side town steeped in history and acts as the gate way to the greater Mornington Peninsula with its lovely beaches, vineyards and sweeping landscapes. Mothers Beach is protected from the prevailing winds and thus provides a great starting point for beginners. Paddling options include touring to the north, stopping for lunch at Canadian Bay or touring south, stopping for lunch at Mt Martha before returning to Mothers Beach.
